The prestigious home textile design contest, organized by TAÇ in collaboration with TETSİAD, announced its winners at a ceremony attended by Zorlu Holding executives and renowned designers.
The 10th “Bir De Sen Tasarla” Competition, organized by TAÇ, Zorlu Textile Group’s leading home textile brand, has concluded. The competition, open to students from Architecture and Fine Arts Faculties as well as the Painting – Handicraft Departments of Education Faculties across Turkey, awarded first place to Ahmet Ağlamaz for his outstanding design.
The award ceremony was held at the Seed, attended by members of the Zorlu family, Vedat Aydın, President of Zorlu Holding Textile Group, Zorlu Textile Group executives, renowned designer Can Yalman, and many guests. During the ceremony, Vedat Aydın highlighted the critical role of design in providing a competitive advantage in the textile sector and emphasized that the competition has played an important role in bringing young designers into the industry for the past 10 years.
Ahmet Ağlamaz received his first-place award from Olgun Zorlu, Board Member of Zorlu Holding. The ceremony also presented the Mehmet Zorlu Foundation Special Scholarship and the TETSİAD Special Award.
TAÇ will produce and sell the award-winning designs online, feature them in their consumer catalog, and provide winners with job or internship opportunities at Zorlu Textile Group.
